Weatherability: the surface has anti ultraviolet coextrusion layer, which can prevent the resin from fatigue yellowing caused by sunlight ultraviolet. The surface coextrusion layer has chemical bonds to absorb ultraviolet light and convert it into visible light, which has a good stable effect on plant photosynthesis (it is very suitable for protecting valuable artworks and exhibits from ultraviolet damage).

Impact resistance: the impact strength of PC endurance plate is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 20-30 times that of acrylic plate, and 2 times that of tempered glass. There is almost no risk of fracture. It has the reputation of "unbreakable glass" and "Xianggang". It is a high-quality material of bulletproof glass.

Flame retardancy: ordinary PC endurance board is flame retardant B2 according to the national gb8624-97 test, adding special materials can reach the U.S. UL94V0 fire protection level, no fire drops, no toxic gas.

Temperature resistance: in the temperature range of - 40 ℃ to + 120 ℃, it will not cause quality deterioration such as deformation.

Portability: light weight, easy to carry and drill. It is not easy to break when it is cut off and installed, and it can be directly cold bent. It is easy to construct and has good processing.

Installation precautions

It is forbidden to contact with wet cement surface, acid and alkaline material surface.

It is forbidden to contact with organic solvent, glue and paint.

The frame shall be clean and the surface of the groove shall be smooth. Generally, the dust and dirt on the surface of PC wave board should be wiped with a soft cloth or sponge dipped with neutral detergent, and then washed thoroughly with clean water.

Select the right thickness of the plate and the allowable radius of curvature.

To install the fixing screw, drill in advance, and the hole diameter is 1.5 times of the screw diameter. Too tight a screw can cause stress.

Reserve space and pay attention to the embedded depth. Expansion value = linear expansion coefficient × length × maximum temperature change value (linear expansion coefficient of PC board is 7 × 10-5mm / mm / ℃)

Use neutral glass glue and suitable backing material, not PVC material.

When cutting, use electric tools (tungsten carbide saw blade); when loading the cutting body, fix the plate to avoid vibration; when cutting, do not tear off the protective film.

If marking is necessary before cutting, mark it on the protective film as far as possible. If it must be directly marked on the plate, please use crayon. Sharp tools should be avoided.

Remove the protective film only after installation.
