PC board commodity performance
(1) Mechanical equipment performance
1. Impact resistance and compressive strength: PC board has good impact resistance. It is 250 times higher than traditional laminated glass and 30 times higher than acrylic board.
The compressive strength of PC board is just like that of "fully transparent thick steel plate".
2. The tensile strength is good and the temperature resistance of PC board is good. Even at 120 ℃, the tensile strength can still reach 350kgf / cm2.
3. Bending strength: the bending strength of PC board is excellent, and it will not break even if the bending angle reaches 90 °.
4. Alleviate fatigue and thermal deformation resistance: the thermal deformation resistance of PC board is better in thermosetting plastics. Even under continuous high temperature, the stress relaxation is still small.
(2) Thermal performance
1. Melting temperature: the melting temperature of PC board is 135 ℃, and its continuous application temperature reaches 120 ℃.
2. Coefficient of thermal expansion: the coefficient of thermal expansion is 7 × 10-5cm / cm / ℃ is relatively small in plastics.
3. Aging temperature: the aging temperature of PC board is - 40 ℃, Zui less, and the continuous application temperature is - 30 ℃, which is unmatched by ordinary plastics.
4. Flammability: PC board is one of the flame-retardant self extinguishing plastics. It is not easy to produce harmful gases when heating at high temperature.
5. Thermal conductivity: the thermal conductivity of PC board is not different from that of ordinary plastics. It is 1 / 4 of laminated glass, 1 / 300 of iron, 1 / 1000 of aluminum and 1 / 2000 of copper. It is one of the materials with high thermal insulation performance.
(3) Electron optical properties
1. Light transmittance: the light transmittance of PC board is above 85%, which is very similar to that of laminated glass.
2. Aging resistance: general PC board is exposed outdoors for a long time, and it is easy to cause yellowing and surface deterioration under ultraviolet radiation. The surface layer of PC board has an anti UV layer. Even if it is exposed outdoors for a long time, its electronic, optical and mechanical equipment performance will not change significantly.
(4) Sound insulation and noise reduction performance
The sound insulation and noise reduction effect of PC board is 3-4db higher than that of laminated glass. It is the preferred raw material for sound insulation barrier of Expressway at this stage PC board has been used in light rail projects and many municipal road sound barriers all over the country.
(5) Antacid
Polycarbonate has excellent resistance to weak acidity, alkalinity and aldehydes at room temperature, but slightly weak resistance to strong acids and bases, n-hexane, isopropyl titanate nitrogen compounds and lipids, which is very prone to melting, solubilization or dissolution. Because its acid resistance is related to the temperature, the size of internal residual in-situ stress and the length of exposure time, it should be paid attention to before application. (6) Light weight
Under the same thickness and range, the net weight of PC board is only half of that of laminated glass, so it can save a lot of difficulties and transportation costs in transportation and operation.

PC board cleaning and maintenance
1. The plates deposited and stored shall not be in direct contact with the concrete floor.
2. Prevent the suspended objects from being placed above the plate immediately, and do not touch the plate with artifact and hard equipment.
3. Alkaline substances or cleaning agents immiscible with polycarbonate shall not be used to clean the plate.
4. When the total area of the plate is small, neutral cleaning agents (such as alcohol, hexane and butyl methylcellulose) can be selected, and the plate can be cleaned with sponge or soft rag, and then with tap water. If the total area is large, high-pressure tap water can be used to clean the plate with tap water.
