4. Not easy to deform: PC board will not cause deformation and other quality deterioration within the temperature range of - 40 ℃ to + 120 ℃.

5. Strong flame retardancy: it is confirmed in standard gb50222-95 that PC plate is class I flame retardant, i.e. Class B1. The ignition point of PC plate itself is 580 ℃. It extinguishes itself after leaving the fire. When burning, it will not produce toxic gas, which does not contribute to the spread of the fire.

6. Warm in winter and cool in summer: keep cool in summer and keep warm in winter. The thermal conductivity (k value) of Guizhou PC board is lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics. The thermal insulation effect is 4 times higher than that of the same glass, and the thermal insulation of PC board is as high as 49%. The utility model is used for building warm materials, thereby greatly reducing the heat loss.

7. Light weight: the specific gravity is only half of that of ordinary glass, and it is not easy to break. It saves time and labor in handling and installation, especially suitable for tall buildings.

Disadvantages of PC board

1. Acid and alkali intolerance: PC plate is not acid and alkali resistant, because it is made of PC material. PC and acid and alkali will cause chemical reaction, resulting in corrosion on the surface of the plate. Therefore, PC plate can only resist weak acid and cannot be directly contacted with strong acid.

2. High yellowing rate of low-quality PC boards: some manufacturers deliberately use low-quality recycled materials to make PC boards in order to meet the psychology of some consumers who want low prices. Although the price of such PC boards is low, the quality is not guaranteed. As a result, customers find that PC boards are easy to age and turn yellow, or they are originally Brown PC boards and lake blue PC boards, After aging, it becomes other dark or light colors.

3. PC plate has a certain service life: compared with some other materials, the service life of PC plate is not long enough. At present, the PC plate sold by guoweixing in the market is generally divided into five-year, seven-year and ten-year warranty.
